S.L. 566.3 ст. 7Meetings of the Scientific Committee.

(1) The Scientific Committee shall meet at least twice a year.

(2) No business shall be transacted by the Scientific Committee unless a quorum of seven members is obtained.

(3) The Chairperson of the Scientific Committee shall regulate all proceedings and discussions and the Scientific Committee shall establish its own rules of procedure during its meetings.

(4) The Chairperson of the Scientific Committee may invite guests to attend the meeting as observers.

(5) The Scientific Committee shall reach its decisions through a simple majority vote: Provided that in the eventuality that the votes are equally divided the Chairperson shall have and exercise a casting vote.
