S.L. 566.3 ст. 8Appointment of sub-committees.

(1) In performing its functions, the Scientific

Committee may appoint sub-committees composed of experts in particular areas as the case may be.

(2) Members forming part of any sub-committee appointed shall report back to the Scientific Committee in writing with any recommendations.

(3) The sub-committee shall be composed of three, five or seven members and shall have a quorum of fifty percent plus one of the members.
