S.L. 595.6 ст. 5Functions of the Board.

It shall be the function of the Board to:

(a) hear and determine complaints in relation to procurement procedures in respect of which the procuring entity shall have specifically indicated that candidates, who have been harmed or risk being harmed by any decision of the procuring entity may have recourse to the Board; and

(b) to disqualify and, or exclude the candidate from a procurement procedure or against a proposed award of a contract.
