S.L. 595.6 ст. 6Procurement procedures to the review of the Board.

If a procuring entity wishes to subject a procurement procedure to the review of the Board, the document or documents governing the procurement procedure shall specifically refer to these regulations and may include a copy of Part III, for the guidance of candidates. These regulations shall apply to procurement procedures initiated prior to the promulgation of these regulations if the procuring entity notifies candidates that it submits to the jurisdiction of the Board in relation to the relevant procurement procedure.
