S.L. 9.16 ст. 3Responsibility of the Registrar. Cap. 9.

(1) There shall be a computerised program, containing the list of jurors drawn according to the provisions of the Criminal

Code to serve as jurors before the Criminal Court, which computerised program will be under the responsibility of and utilised by the Registrar of Criminal Courts and Tribunals or by such other persons he may choose to delegate.

(2) The computerised program shall be accessible only to those persons identified by the Registrar from time to time.
