S.L. 9.16 ст. 4Running of the computerised program. Cap. 9.

(1) The data of this system shall be kept in the computerised program of the Court and any adjustment or change in such data shall be registered in the program itself.

(2) The computerised program utilises as a method of selection the random drawing of jurors.

(3) The list of jurors, once issued by the Board of Jurors in terms of article 606 of the Criminal Code, shall be inserted in the computerised program kept for that purpose by the Registrar, from which list there shall be selected and drawn such jurors as the Court may order to be drawn.
