Lorsqu'une habitation est déclarée interdite d'accès ou inhabitable en vertu de l'article 7, le bourgmestre fait procéder à l'affichage de l'ordonnance y relative sur l'habitation concernée aussi longtemps que celle-ci n'est pas levée.

L'Administration communale tient à jour une liste des habitations interdites d'accès ou déclarées inhabitables.
