S.L. 117.14 Art. 4Granting of authorizations or import licences.

(1) An authorization or import licence granted by the

Minister in pursuance of these regulations may be:

(a) limited so as to expire on a specified date unless renewed;

(b) subject to or without conditions;

(c) annulled, suspended, modified or revoked by the Minister.

(2) Nothing in these regulations shall be taken to prohibit the importation of any goods under the authority of an authorization or licence granted by the Minister, provided that all conditions attaching to the authorization or licence are complied with.
