S.L. 549.59 Art. 15Sampling points.

(1) Sampling points shall be determined using the criteria listed in the relevant sections of Schedule 3.

(2) The minimum number of sampling points in each zone or agglomeration shall not be less than the minimum number of sampling points prescribed by Schedule 5 as follows:

(a) Part I(1) of Section A of Schedule 5 for group A pollutants;

(b) Section B (1) of Schedule 5 for group B pollutants; and

(c) Part I of Section C of Schedule 5 for ozone.
